If the customer wants to make a complaint regarding the service or transaction, he should send a written complaint to Northern Star Partners. The complaint should include the grounds of the complaint together with the customer details as well as the detailed complaint (identified service or transaction).

Northern Star Partners will reply to private customer within two weeks from the reception of the complaint and to other customers within 30 days. If the complaint requires information which is not available within the time frame the client will be informed and a new time frame is given.

If the customer is not satisfied with the settlement, he can continue the complaint process either at The Finnish Financial Ombudsman Bureau or at the court identified at the agreement or he can leave a new customer complaint.
